TICKET POLICY

The following policies apply to your purchase of tickets through NHPOMAN website and are subject to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by this reference. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience as simple and convenient as possible, so that we can get you on your way to the event as smoothly as possible. The following policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms or restrictions set forth on that ticket or as stated by the venue or the promoter of the event.

Payment Methods

Tickets can be purchased online using valid Visa or MasterCard credit cards only. Your bank might charge you an additional amount if you are using an international credit card.

Order Confirmation

Once you have confirmed your order of tickets, you will receive a QR Code and an Order number for every Booking.

The information contained on your Order Confirmation and e-tickets is important and you should keep it safely. Your e-tickets contain a unique Barcode which should be quoted in any correspondence and it will be required for you to collect your physical tickets at the venue, you will need to present the printed e-ticket with its unique Barcode together with your valid official photo ID. Your Order Confirmation code in the e-ticket with the unique Barcode is non-transferable, once you share with others its invalid as its one time scanned.

SEATING POLICY and Dress Policy

The attendee should be dressed appropriate to the Oman law, the seating is available for kids above 3 and kids above 12 will be treated as adult. Below 3 years there will be no seating

Refunds and Exchanges

Once you make your final selection and purchase your tickets, NHP Events will not allow exchanges or refunds for any reason. By making your purchase, you agree to this condition. Please carefully review your order before you make the payment.

Once you have your tickets, keep them safe. The above condition of sale means that lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets, or tickets claimed to be not delivered/not received, cannot be replaced or refunded and you may not gain admittance to the event.

By purchasing the ticket, you agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid or circumvent the above condition of sale in any way. You also agree that you will not contact NHP Events to seek a refund, return or exchange. Nor will you dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the credit card company used to make the purchase. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled and NHP Events may, in its sole discretion, take any measures necessary to ensure that any pending ticket sales are cancelled and that you are prevented from buying tickets in the future. The only possible exception to this policy is if an event is postponed or cancelled. See Cancelled and Postponed Events below.

Cancelled and Postponed Events

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed. Special conditions will apply in such case.

As for tickets purchased online, the ticket will be carried forward for the postponed date of the event and in place of cancellation the ticket amount will not be refunded. NHP Events will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.]

General Terms and Conditions

Smoking and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited

Be Careful with your wrist bands, once removed or misplaced, there will be no re-entry

Any injures for any attendee during, before or after the event organizers will not be responsible.

In case of non-compliance, the NHP has the right to exclude the Participant from the Event as he/she deems convenient, should the order of the Event or the safety of other Participants of the Event be endangered

Damage to any real or personal property, including any damage to the Venue or to any fitting, equipment or other property in the Venue; injury to, or death of, any person arising out of or in connection the Event.

The Organizer cannot be held liable for misplaced items belonging to the Participants.

The Participant must follow, and will be responsible to make sure to understands and follow, the rules and regulations of the Organizer.
